GCU organises Seerat conference

LAHORE  - The Government College University Lahore Non-Gazetted Staff Association Monday organised Seerat-un-Nabi (SAW) Conference 2014 to express reverence on the birthday of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). GCU Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Khaleeq-ur-Rahman chaired the conference, while University of Faisalabad Department of Islamic Studies Chairman Dr Syed Abdul Rehman Bukhari was also present.
Speaking on the occasion, the VC said that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) gave the world a model social setup and Muslims can adopt this setup just through acting upon the Sunnah.
