LAHORE - Additional District and Sessions Judge Arif Hameed Sheikh on Wednesday awarded death sentence on two counts to a murder accused Muhammad Saddique for killing two persons Sajid Ahmad and Muhammad Azam and released three others giving them benefit of doubt. The judge also ordered the convict to pay Rs 200, 000 as compensation to the heirs of deceased and in case of non-payment of the fine, the convict would undergo imprisonment of one year. Muhammad Saddique had killed Muhammad Sajid and Muhammad Azam on a property dispute in 2009 and Raiwind police registered a case against him.
