Cheaters caught

LAHORE  - Punjab University Examination Department on Monday held four candidates for cheating in BA annual examination’s English exams.
According to details, PU examination teams arrested Attiqa Saeed daughter of Mian Muhammad Saeed who was attempting paper in place of Mah Noor Saeed d/o Mian Muhammad Saeed bearing roll no 50298 at Govt College for Women, Baghbanpura Lahore. Rizwana Yameen from Govt Degree College for Women, Chiniot who was attempting paper in place of Sajida Liaqat, daughter of Liaqat Ali bearing roll no 6305. Imtiaz Hussain s/o Ejaz Hussain, resident of Patoki, was attempting paper in place of original candidate Malik Muhammad Zahid Ashraf Bara son of Malik Ashraf Bara bearing roll no 72562. While one who could not be identified as his ID card appeared to be fake, was attempting paper in place of Ahmad Raza s/o Ghulam Farid bearing roll no at 82566 at BISE Examination Centres, Lawrence Road, Lahore.
All were later handed over to the police. The PU Department of Examinations has registered UMCs against the candidates.
Karachi reporter adds:  Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) on Monday has caught 30 candidates while using unfair means in the papers of SSC Part-I & II (9th & 10th Class) Annual Examinations of Science and General Groups held on Monday.
According to BSEK Controller Examination Noman Ahsan, two fake candidates were also caught during the papers. The names of centres where cheaters were caught, include APWA Govt Boys Secondary School-Korangi, Allama Iqbal Govt Boys Secondary School-FB Area, Shugufta Memorial Secondary School-Orangi Town, YMCA Secondary School-Sadar, Mehran Public Secondary School. A total of 325,000 students are taking part in the SSC Part- I & II Annual Examinations only in the metropolis.
