DFID to hold assessment test of PEF schools

LAHORE - UK-based Department for International Development (DFID) will hold assessment test of grade-3 students of 162 partnering schools of Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) in different districts of the province.
According to PEF spokesman, this test is planned in collaboration with Chief Minister’s Roadmap Team on February 11 and 12 from 9:30am to 11am. The 90-minute-long test will be conducted within the school premises. The purpose of this test is to judge the average performance of students of PEF partnering schools. However, the test will be conducted in Urdu, English and Math subjects only and the CM Roadmap team along with auditing company representatives will monitor the conduction of the test, the spokesman adds. The necessary details have been provided at PEF official website for the information of schools selected for this test, concludes the spokesman.
Meanwhile, 15th quality assurance test of 161 private schools partnering under Foundation Assisted School program with the Punjab Education Foundation was held in Kasur, Vehari and Pakpattan today. The next round of QAT will be held on Monday.
