What about ministries in limbo LHC inquires

LAHORE The Lahore High Court has called for a reply, by the month of September, on a petition which has questioned the functioning of the ministries and divisions which stand transferred from the Federal Government to provinces in light of the 18th Amendment. The said ministries and divisions stand devolved with effect from June 30 last. The instant petition has been filed by one Gull Zaman who says that the Federal Government has totally lost authority to run these ministries. He has also questioned the works which were going on under the supervision of the Federation. The petitioner is also aggrieved vis-a-vis the Punjab, the conduct of which may hurt the Benazir Women Crisis Centres. The petitioner contends that funds have also been handed over to the province which is not likely to run this project and spend money on the same. He says the money of the ministry belongs to the Federal Government which has lost any say to command the provinces.
