PFUJ condoles French journalists death

LAHORE  - Pakistan Federal Union of Journalists has expressed grief over the death of two French journalists namely Ghislaine Dupont and Claude Verlon of Radio France Internationale (RFI).
Both journalists were found dead after being kidnapped by armed men in North Mali.
In a message of condolence to the bereaved family members of the late journalists, PFUJ President Rana Muhammad Azeem and Secretary General Amin Yousaf said they learned with deep shock the sad news of the death of the journalists.
They stated that it is highly condemnable act to kill the journalists who work to report the real picture in the war-torn countries. The PFUJ demands provision of security from the respective states to the journalists who are working in the war torn countries.
