CHICHAWATNI - Sixteen persons of a family including women and children were injured when a passenger bus rammed into roadside tree here on Sunday.
According to details, a passenger bus carrying devotees to Nankana Sahib went out of control of the driver due to speeding. Resultantly, it rammed into a tree roadside on Burewala Road in Chichawatni. As a result of which 16 people of a family including three women and two children were injured. 
The rescuers shifted the injured to Tehsil Headquarter (THQ) Hospital where according to hospital sources they were stable. The police took the vehicle impounded the vehicle and arrested the driver.
