LAHORE - A female prisoner, in her 30s, was expired under mysterious circumstances in Kot Lakhpat Jail on Saturday, the jail sources informed.
She was imprisoned in narcotics case few months back. On the day of incident, all of a sudden she fell unconscious and was rushed to Jinnah hospital where she could not survive. Police, after necessary legal action, have handed over the dead body to the family members of the deceased. As per jail management, she was not feeling well for many days.
