Kuala Lumpur-Lahore flight soon

LAHORE - Malaysian High Commissioner in Pakistan Dr Hasrul Sani Bin Mujtabar yesterday told Punjab Governor Malik Rafique Rajwana that his country’s airline would soon initiate direct flights from Kuala Lumpur to Lahore.
In a meeting with the governor, the Malaysian diplomat said that enhanced air link between the two countries would open up new vistas of mutual cooperation between the two countries.
Dr Hasrul also acknowledged the services of Pakistani experts who helped his country to develop its economy.
Rajwana noted that trade volume between Pakistan and Malaysia was negligible and needed to be increased. He hoped that Dr Harsul’s meetings with members of Punjab Board of Investment would prove instrumental in bringing the traders in the two countries closer together.
