Senator S. M Zafar will preside over while Barrister Mowahid Hussain Shah and Dr Mogheesuddin Sheikh will be the chief guests. The speakers include Ataur Rehman, Prof Ahmad Saeed, Rashida Qureshi, Masud Ali Khan and Raja Asad Ali Khan.
