Nawaz rescues two women held hostage in India

Lahore : PML-N President Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has come to the rescue of two women who were taken hostage by hospital authorities in India after they failed to make full payment for the treatment they had received. The PML-N president, who came to know about the plight of the Pakistani women in India through a media report, transferred the remaining payable money to them and they have also confirmed its receipt. 
The women were given $6,000 by the government for their treatment; however, the total expenditure exceeded this amount after which they were barred from leaving the hospital.
