LAHORE - Gas supply to domestic consumers across the Punjab was restored after the repair of the 36-inch-diameter pipeline in Rahim Yar Khan.
The SNGPL engineers took around 48 hours to repair the blast-hit gas pipeline. The workers of the company were busy in repair work of two other gas pipelines which would be completed late night.
The company officials said the repair work of 18 and 30-inch-diameter pipelines would be completed within next 12 hours.
Some unknown miscreants blew up three gas pipelines in Rahim Yar Khan on Sunday night, disrupting supply to most parts of the Punjab province.
