LAHORE - Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) Chairman Siddque Al Farooq said that people involved in concealing the possession of the board property could show their possession within 30 days and their previous rent would be waived off.
He expressed these views while talking to the media men after visit of board properties in different parts of the country. He said that action would be taken against those involved in concealing the properties of board.
He offered the peoples that those who wanted to develop the board property could do the same after getting permission from the ETPB office. Siddque said that if any official of ETPB was involved in seeking any illegal gratification in this regard citizen could complain on his cell number. He said that immediate action would be taken against the official involved in corruption. He also invited the citizens to point out the any citizen grabbing the land of ETPB. He said name of informer would be kept secret. He said that in Dera Ismael Khan there was lot of board property which was grabbed by different peoples. “I have assigned duty to the board officers to trace such properties and report within 15 days,” he added.
Siddque said that terrorists had no religion and those involved in killing innocent children only deserved hell. He demanded the whole nation to be united against terrorism.
