LAHORE – Lahore High Court Justice Farrukh Irfan Khan on Thursday suspended a Federal Government’s notification for computerization of arms licenses. The court also directed it to tell the court as to whether they were willing to consult the stakeholders and adjourned hearing till Jan 27. Petitioners’ counsel argued that the arms licenses were issued in the form of a booklet covering different aspects. He submitted the notification for computerization of licenses had been challenged.
