LAHORE A seminar on 'dengue eradication under the auspices of Higher Education Commission was organised at Govt Kulliyat-ul-Banat Degree College here on Wednesday in which a large number of students, teachers and people from all walks of life participated, says a press release. Member Punjab Assembly Saba Sadiq was the chief guest while Dr Masood Akhtar, Miss Shagufta, Tariq Hameed also participated in the event. Principal Rukhsana Farah thanked the participants for listening speakers with patience. It is to be noted that college management also showed a documentary film to participants in which information regarding dengue fever, its symptoms and preventive measures were discussed in detail. On this occasion, Tariq Hameed read Punjab Chief Ministers message while chief guest provided latest information about dengue campaign being run by government of Punjab.
