OUR STAFF REPIRTER LAHORE Lahore High Court Chief Justice Ijaz Ahmad Chaudhary on Monday admonished MPA Asadullah Arian for interfering in the official duties and adopting the illegal act towards a clerk. The court found out that the MPA had acted illegally in the transfer of the petitioner Faiz Ahmad, who was a clerk in the Communication and Works Department. It transpired to the court that the MPA had ordered on his letter head for the transfer of the petitioner to another station.
