LAHORE - Anti Corruption Establishment  on Thursday arrested red-handed Secretary of Market Committee and Sub Inspector, said ACE spokesman Haji Hamid Sattar.  He said Makhdoom Bhatti, a broker of Market Committee, Kotlakhpat, submitted an application to the Director ACE, Lahore, Kahlid Mehmood Shaikh, alleging that Secretary of Market Committee, Touqir Akbar Sindhu, and Sub Inspector, Arshad Cheena were demanding Rs40,000 from him for getting his Licence renewed though the renewal fee is Rs1,600.  On the complaint, ACE Director Kahlid Mehmood Sheikh constituted a team comprising on Circle officer, Zubair Akhlaq, Saleem Naqash and Abid Siddiqui.
