Judiciary should not interference in govt affairs: Aitzaz

The Pakistan People’s Party leader and opposition leader in the Senate Aitzaz Ahsan on Saturday said it was not the duty of the judiciary to appoint the chairman of National Accountability Bureau (NAB), therefore, it should not interference in the government affairs.
Talking to media persons here he said that Swiss cases against former president Asif Ali Zardari were closed on merit because evidences against him could not be proved.
The senator said that Asif Ali Zardari has been cleared from various fake cases in Pakistan while joint cases registered against the former president could be reopened.  He said that the PPP would face all fake cases like it did in the past.
