LAHORE - CCPO Ahmad Raza Tahir has directed the police to launch crackdown against illegal weapons in order to protect the City from criminal elements.  According to an official handout issued on Saturday, the CCPO directed the police to focus on eradicating crime.
According to the police spokesman, city police registered 1,264 cases and arrested 1,264 culprits during the campaign against illegal weapons during three months.
