LAHORE The Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) SSP Syed Ahmad Mobin has said that all branches of driving license will remain closed on 8, 9, 10 Moharram-ul-harram due to security arrangements in the Punjab Capital. Talking to The Nation, the CTO said during these three days the citizens would be requested to not visit licensing branches because of security reasons. He further said that all driving tests have also been canceled scheduled to be held during these three days. However after 10 Moharram all branches will start working in routine.
