PA session convened tomorrow

LAHORE - Punjab Governor Ch Muhammad Sarwar has summoned the Punjab Assembly to meet on May 16 (Friday) at 3 pm. 
This would be the last session of the first Parliamentary year and would last for 13 days. The budget session would be convened separately in the first week of June.
As per Assembly sources, the government wants to make important legislation during the upcoming session. This includes legislation on “Maintenance and Transfer of Properties Bill”, “Free and Compulsory Education Bill”  and “Bab-e-Pakistan Bill”.
The last two have already been enforced through Ordinances issued by the Governor. 
Punjab Minister for Law, Rana Sanaullah Khan is scheduled to brief the media on Thursday (today) at Punjab Assembly on the government business prepared for the coming session.
