LAHORE - As no significant rain giving system is approaching the country during the current week, the prevailing sultry weather is likely to persist on Eid-ul-Azha and following holidays.
According to the experts, continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country that will cause the prevailing muggy weather to persist in plains during the next 3-4 days.
Weather remained dry in most parts of the country on Monday. However, isolated rain-thunderstorm occurred in Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar divisions, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
Maximum and minimum temperature in Lahore was recorded 33 degree Celsius and 20 C respectively. Relative humidity in the evening was recorded 43 percent.
