Kashmir solution must: Sarwar

LAHORE - Punjab Governor Ch Muhammad Sarwar has said that Pakistan and India can enjoy good ties if longstanding Kashmir issue is resolved.
Talking to media persons before his departure to India through Wagah Border on Saturday, the Governor said strong friendly relations between Pakistan and India were not possible without solving the Kashmir problem with the involvement of Kashmiris as a third party. He said Pakistan wanted friendly and peaceful ties with all its neighbours which could only be established on equal level. Terming solution of Kashmir issue essential for peace and stability in the region, he asked India to honour the resolutions passed by the United Nations to give Kashmiris right to self determination.
