LAHORE - Lahore High Court on Thursday puts off for two weeks the hearing on a petition of Musa Gilani, son of former Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani seeking removal of his name from Exit Control List.Justice Manzoor Ahmad Malik of the LHC was hearing the case. The judge adjourned proceedings as NAB prosecutor could not appear in the court because he was busy in the Supreme Court. Musa Gilani had filed a petition seeking removal of his name from ECL stating that fake allegations were levelled against him and he was intentionally implicated in the case. Musa said his Supreme Court had already granted him bail in the said case of Ephedrine and did not direct the authorities concerned to put his name in ECL. However, the Interior Ministry and Anti-Narcotics Force opposed his arguments and said that if the name of the accused was not put in ECL he might run out of country which would affect the case.The accused was wanted in Ephedrine case, said Interior Ministry. The Ministry told the court that his name was put in ECL on the direction of ANF.
