Second Exhibition Hockey match on 22nd

LAHORE - The second exhibition hockey match between Pakistan junior team and the Rest of Pakistan Eleven will be played on November 22 here at the National Hockey Stadium under the floodlights. Earlier this match was scheduled for November 21. After the cancellation of Pakistan-India Junior Test Match Series at eleventh hour, the Pakistan Hockey Federation announced that two exhibition matches at Karachi and Lahore to be played as per schedule. The aim to organise these matches was promotion of the game in the country and boosting up the junior players. Pakistan junior team has directed to report at the National Hockey Stadium Lahore on November 18 for the match, while Rest of Pakistan Eleven will be announced later. For reviewing the arrangements of the match, a meeting of the organizing committee will be held on Monday at National Hockey Stadium. After the match a grand musical concert and lucky draw will be held, in which Rs 100,000 will be given to one of the spectators through a lucky draw.
