Lahore: The 25th anniversary of martyr Gen Akhtar Abdur Rehman will be held on August 17 in Rawalpindi, according to a press release. His son and PML General Secretary Humayion Akhtar Khan along with others will lay a wreath on his grave. Quran Khwani will begin after Fajr followed by  prayers. From Lahore, noted lawyer Nasir Mahmood will lead a delegation to Rawalpindi.
