Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif on Tuesday assured that the killers of Maulana Shamsur Rehman Moawiya and Allama Nasir Abbas would be arrested soon.
He was heading a high level meeting in Lahore to discuss provincial security. Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah was also present in the meeting.
During meeting, CM Shahbaz reviewed the security arrangements for the forthcoming Chehlum of Imam Hussain and Urs of Hazrat Ali (R.A).
He urged the law enforcement to enhance intelligence sharing for the foolproof security on the occasion.
The Punjab CM also promised tight security arrangements for the Christmas.
