Mind-blowing sessions galore on first day of NPC


LAHORE – The 4th three-day Nazaria-i-Pakistan Conference, which opened with the hoisting of the national flag by TheNation Editor-in-Chief and Nazaria-i-Pakistan Trust Chairman MajidNizami along with Pakistan Movement workers at Aiwan-e-Karkunan Tehrik-e-Pakistan on Thursday, has attracted a large number of people from different walks of life and from different areas of the country.
Several mind-blowing sessions, talks and group discussions were held on the first day at different NPC sittings where scholars and prominent personalities made debates and recommendations on the important issues facing the country. The NPT is organising the conference with the central theme of “The Solution to our Crises—-Next Election, a Challenge.”
National and international delegates are attending the three days event. The NPT management has termed the conference a sign of national solidarity. Majid Nizami, the chairman of the Trust, administered an oath to the participants. The oath binds all those who took it to serve the country and to try to secure its ideological fronts with true spirit and determination throughout their lives.
“We want a society based on economic, social justice where the fruits of freedom will be enjoyed by poor and rich with equality,” said Prof Dr Rafique Ahmed while narrating the objectives of the NPC. He added that an ideal society could only be established if the true ideological people found opportunity to rule over the state. So, he said, the NPT was making efforts to strengthen ideological believes of the people especially the youth for producing true future leadership.
He rejected the so-called claim made by some people that the Quaid-e-Azam was in favour of establishing a secular state in shape of Pakistan. Infect, he added, the Madina Charter and Hazarat Umar Farooq (RA) regime were the ideal periods in the eyes of the Quaid.
ShahidRasheed, the secretary of the Trust, welcomed the participants and delegates came from different areas of the country and from abroad. He said: “We are the heirs of Muhammad Bin Qasim and Shahab-ud-Din Ghori and spiritual sons of Quaid-e-Azam.” The NPT management had divided the participants into various groups by assigning them different topics to debate and make recommendations of the subjects.
The first day of the NPC was attended by Gold Medallists of Pakistan Movement workers, scholars, teachers, students and people from different walks of life while the prominent among them were Dr AjmalNiazi, Professor NaeemQasim, AllamaChAshgar Ali Kausar Waraich, KhawajaMehmood,Qazi Moen-u-Din, GhulamJaffar, Anwar Hussain, Ch Muhammad Ashraf, MPA Rana Muhammad Arshad and MPA Dr IsmaMamdoot.
The participated also held Fateh Khawani for late Ghulam Haider Wyne, Mehmood Ali, Justice (rtd) Zaki-ud-Din, Sardar Muhammad Ch, Khawaja Habib Ullah, Professor Dr Muneer-u-Din, Amina Ghani, Begum Masood Sadiq, Fida Muhammad Khan, Syed Kazim Ali Shah, Naseer Ahmed Malk, Shamim Shah Abadi, Rafique Alam, Pir Sahib Pagara Sharif and late Pir Syed Khalil Ahmed Sharqpuri.
Nazaria-i-Pakistan Forum Saudi Arab President Masood Ahmed Puri, NPF Faisalabad President Alhaj Mian Abdul Karim, NPF Rawalpindi President Professor NaeemQasim, NPF Multan President Hameed Raza Siddiqui, NPF Peshawar Secretary Liaqat Ali Tabbasum, NPF Sahiwal Secretary Mian Zia-ul-Haq, NPF Gujranwala President Sajjad Rasool Chishti, Government Degree College Fort Abbas Principal Dr Fozia Chaudhary, NPF Chiniot Secretary Muhammad Arshad Qamar and NPF Sialkot President Muhammad Asif presented the annual report of their forums. They appreciated Majid Nizami and NPT management for holding the ideological flag of Pakistan and spreading this theory in every area of the country. They pledged to make every sacrifice to secure the ideological boundaries of the country.
