LAHORE Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has given approval for immediately regularising 902 nurses working on contract basis in various government hospitals and rural health centres. Implementing the orders of the Chief Minister Punjab, Secretary Health Punjab Fawad Hassan Fawad has issued notification for regularising the services of the nurses. According to the notification, the nurses who have been regularised include, 21 of Services Hospital, 98 of Mayo Hospital, 74 of BVH, 31 of Punjab Institute of Cardiology, 39 of Children Hospital Multan, 16 of DHQ Hospital Muzaffargarh, 38 of Sheikh Zayed Hospital Rahim Yar Khan, 10 of Govt Mian Munshi Hospital Lahore, 77 of Kot Khawaja Saeed Hospital Lahore, 36 of Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi, 142 of Jinnah Hospital Lahore, 62 of Nishtar Hospital Multan, 94 of Allied Hospital Faisalabad, 42 of DHQ Hospital Rawalpindi, five of Sir Ganga Ram Hospital and 116 of other hospitals and rural health centres.
