PMA concerned over recruitment

LAHORE - Pakistan Medical Association (PMA) Lahore chapter has condemned the decision of Shaikh Zayed Hospital administration regarding recruitment of medical teachers on contract basis instead of promoting regular teaching staff.
Executive committee of PMA met at PMA House on Sunday with President Dr Tanveer Anwar in the chair. The PMA resolved to protect rights of faculty of Shaikh Zayed and urged Chairman and Dean to mend his behavior.
The meeting condemned non implementation on service structure of doctors. It also condemned the PMDC decision of taking exit exam of house officers. It demanded reviewing MSDS of Punjab Health Care Commission by a five member committee of PMA.
