LAHORE- Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has directed early survey of losses in flood-hit areas and has ordered authorities to take all preventive measures to protect affected districts from viral diseases.

He said that work on rehabilitation of infrastructure damaged by the flood had been started on an emergency basis.

He reviewed relief and rehabilitation activities in Gujranwala through a video link.
