LAHORE – Dutch Ambassador to Pakistan Gajus Scheltema said Tuesday that the sacrilegious movie released in the US would increase the misunderstandings between nations.
Scheltema expressed these views during a lunch hosted in his honour by PTI leader Colonel (r) Javed Mujtaba. Other leaders present on the occasion included Khursheed Mehmood Kasuri, Naurez Shakoor, Shafqat Mehmood, Omar Sarfaraz Cheema, Talath Naqvi, Javed Kahloon and Lt Gen (r) Ijaz Ahmed Bakshi. First Secretary of Holland Susanane De Groot accompanied the ambassador.
Scheltema said there was a dire need to promote inter-faith harmony in a bid to bring closer the world nations.
