PEF coordination meetings from today

Lahore: The Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) has announced the schedule of three-day District Coordination Meetings (DCMs) for the school partners of southern region.

These meetings would be held at the Jinnah Auditorium of Bahauddin Zakaria University in Multan from August 20. A total of 3,207 school partners from 10 southern districts, including Multan, have been invited to attend the meetings.

PEF Chairman Qamarul Islam Raja, Managing Director Tariq Mahmood, as well as program directors, will address the meetings.

According to the schedule, 1,047 school partners from Bahawalpur, Lodhran, Rahim Yar Khan and Khanewal will attend the meeting on August 20. Another 1,058 partners from Multan, Layyah, Vehari and Rajanpur are invited on 21st; while, 1,102 partner schools from Muzaffargarh and Dera Ghazi Khan will join in on 22nd.–Staff Reporter

The purpose of this series of DCMs is to ponder over different dimensions of PEF sponsored free educational initiatives. These programs are launched in collaboration with the private school owners to help open the doors of education to low income families.
