Lahore - Punjab Food Minister Bilal Yasin visited Ramzan ‘sasta’ bazaar in Sheikhupura on helicopter Saturday, a TV channel reported.
However, he lied through his teeth when asked about his mode of transportation. This minister also came under fire for such luxurious visit to Ramazan bazaars. A handout cited the food minister was accompanied by top babus Naseem Sadiq, Gulzar Hussain and MPA Waheed Gul. It cited the minister as saying the government had taken steps for providing quality essential items at cheaper rates during Ramazan. Bilal visited various bazaars in Hafizabad and Sheikhupura and expressed satisfaction.
