LAHORE - PML-Q central information secretary Kamil Ali Agha while alleging Zafar Qureshi, additional director general FIA for adopting biased role against detained party leader Chaudhry Moonis Elahi, appealed to the Chief Justice of Pakistan to take suo moto of the matter. Addressing a press conference at Muslim League House on Sunday, he expressed dissatisfaction over the investigations of the FIA regarding Moonis. He alleged that Interior Minister Rehman Malik and Punjab Law Minister Rana Sana Ullah were behind the biased actions against Moonis. Kamil said, Rana Raymond from Lahore and Malik Davis from Islamabad were behind the biased actions against Moonis. Agha claimed that legal requirements were not being fulfilled by the FIA against Moonis who had already been declared innocent previously by different officials. He alleged that Rehman Malik on the behest of PML-N was busy taking unjust actions against the PML-Q leader. Agha said that shameful role of both federal and provincial government over the issue of Raymond Davis had brought sheer embarrassment for the entire nation. He claimed that in the backdrop of Davis release and growing drone attacks the partys top leadership had decided boycott the joint session of Parliament in protest. Agha said that the decision was taken in a meeting held at the residence of Chaudhrys with party president Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain in the chair.
