LAHORE - As many as 5,000 male and female students have been enrolled in the evening classes programme of education voucher scheme of Punjab Education Foundation (PEF).
This programme was launched in Lahore, Multan and Rawalpindi in collaboration with the private partners, said a PEF spokesman on Sunday.
He said the PEF has launched this project for the needy children so that they could study free of cost up to matric level in evening times.
This facility was especially beneficial for those needy children who could not go to schools in the morning due to various reasons, the spokesman added.
