CIA claims to have nabbed 26 robbers

LAHORE - CIA police on Sunday claimed to have arrested 26 criminals of two notorious gangs involved in about 125 incidents of robbery and recovered cash and illegal weapons from their possession.
The arrested criminals also include a woman Sabira Bibi, resident of Sahiwal.
Spokesman of police said that CIA team conducted raids at various places and arrested 26 crooks including Waheed Jatt,, Usman alias Zohaib, Sabira Bibi, Muhammad Khalid, Aftab Ahmed, Hafiz Adnan, Manzoor Hussain, Khadim Hussain, Muhammad Qasim, Muhammad Arshad, Muhammad Afzal, Abid, Imran Ali, Rab Nawaz, Muhammad Abbad Daud Shah, Abdul Haq Majid alias Babu, Ramzan Tariq Mahmood, Ali Raza, Muhammad Nadeem, Asif Usman, Rashid Ali, Faisal Masih and Shahzad Ali. The raiding team also recovered Rs2.55m in cash, three cars, 26 motorcycles, 41 mobile phones, laptops and several illegal weapons.
During the interrogation, the criminals confessed to 125 cases of robbery, motorcycle and car snatching in different police limits of Lahore, Kasur and Sahiwal.
