LAHORE -The Traffic Police Headquarters SP Muhammad Azhar Gujjar has remarked that abiding by the traffic rules and regulations is as much necessary as obeying the other laws. The sacred mission of the traffic police is to save the precious lives of citizens of Pakistan by raising the awareness level of the traffic rules among them. He praised the students for sacrificing their comfort for the sake of receiving ideological education and training. He expressed these ideas in his address to the boy- and girl-students on the 12th day of the Ideological Summer School jointly organized by the Nazaria-i-Pakistan Trust and Tehreek-i-Pakistan Workers Trust at the Aiwan-i-Karkunaan-i-Tehreek-i-Pakistan. The School is scheduled to run for a month.
Meanwhile, noted poet and scholar Amjad Islam Amjad will address the Summer Ideological School on Saturday (today).
HNPIP sitting: Hameed Nizami Press Institute of Pakistan is organising a seminar on ‘New Government- People’s Expectations at and Government’s Responsibilities’ at HNPIP Auditorium near China Chowk on Saturday. Punjab Food Minister Bilal Yasin will preside over while senior analyst Iftikhar Ahmad and PTI Punjab Ejab Ahmad Ch will be chief guests on occasion.
