LAHORE - Provincial Minister for Education Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan on Thursday strongly reacted to the statement of Imran Khan about drone attacks while terming it a pack of lies.
Rana said that the PML-N stand on drone attacks is very clear as the party leadership has always held these attack a challenge to the sovereignty of Pakistan.
“Contrary to it, the statement of Imran Khan about drone attacks is nothing except political jugglery,” he remarked.
He said on the one hand Imran Khan opposes American drone attacks while on the other, he is running various projects in KPK province with US aid. The Minister said that if Imran Khan has moral courage, he should publicly announce to return American dollars and then talk about any programme against drone attacks. He said that before criticising PML-N leadership, Imran Khan should first display national honour which Chief Minister Punjab Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has already shown by renouncing foreign aid which is against the sovereignty of the country.
