LAHORE - Punjab Health Secretary Jawad Rafiq Malik on Saturday suspended Dr Iqbal Sami, the MS of District Headquarters Hospital in Sargodha, on administrative grounds.
A meeting in connection with deaths of babies in DHQ Hospital Sargodha was held under the chairmanship of Advisor to Punjab Chief Minister on Health Kh Salman Rafiq and Secretary Health Jawad Rafique Malik which took important decisions. Punjab Health DG Dr Zahid Pervaiz, Prof Faisal Masood, Prof Masood Sadiq, Prof Mehmood Shaukat, Prof Ahsan Waheed Rathor and senior officers of Health Department also attended the meeting.
