447 LWMC workers regularised

LAHORE - Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) has regularised its 447 work charge employees and announced regularising all others by September.
LWMC and City District Government organised a ceremony at Town hall to distribute orders among workers. Adviser to Chief Minister Punjab Khawaja Hassan was the chief while guest other dignitaries included DCO Capt Rtd Muhammad Usman, DEO SWM Sarfraz Hussain, PSO to Administrator Mian Waheeduddin, GM HR & Admin LWMC Shahid Farooq, Manager Communication Jamil Khawar and other officials. 
According to spokesperson, besides these 447 workers, 1,827 workers have already been confirmed by the CDGL and files of further 432 employees are under process which will be handed over to workers within a week.
Workers have expressed deep gratitude over their confirmation.
