PU awards 4 PhD degrees

LAHORE - Punjab University has awarded 4 PhD degrees to the scholars in which Yasir Rehman S/o Abdul Rehman in the subject of Microbiology & Molecular Genetics after approval of his thesis entitled “Analysis of Arsenic Resistant Bacteria and the Functional Potential of Microbial Communities from Arsenic Contaminated Soils”, Abida Latif D/o Muhammad Latif Arshad in the subject of Pharmaceutical Chemistry (Pharmacy) after approval of her thesis entitled “Analytical, Biological, Pharmacokinetic and Stability Studies of Extracts of Root of Daucus Carota L. (Black Carrot)”, Yousaf Jamal S/o Hassan-ud-Din Ashraf in the subject of Applied Psychology after approval of his thesis entitled “Impact of Optimism and Hardiness on Coping with Professional life Stress among the House-Job Doctors” and Muhammad Rauf Ahmad S/o Bashir Ahmad in the subject of Molecular Biology after approval of his thesis entitled “Role of Mesenchymel Stem Cells and Chondrocytes in Ostcoarthritis”.
