Missing man found murdered in Lahore

LAHORE - A 35-year-old man, who was abducted from Hayer village a couple of days ago, was recovered dead from the BRB canal on Thursday.
Police investigators said that some passerby spotted a body in the canal and contacted the police by phone. The body was later identified as Muhammad Iqbal, a resident of Hayer village. Police have moved the body to the morgue for autopsy.
The wife of the deceased told the police Iqbal was allegedly murdered by his brother Amin over property dispute. Police have arrested Amin and his friend Yasin in connection with the killing. Further investigation was underway.
