LAHORE  - Lahore High Court on Saturday took notice of rape in Toba Tek Singh district of a mentally challenged 13-year old girl who was blind.  The complaint cell of the LHC took the notice and sought report from district and sessions judge concerned within one week time.
Accused Imdad, resident of Mohalla Mohib of Kamalia along with a companion kidnapped a mentally retarded blind girl and took advantage of her at a safe place. On becoming unconscious they abandoned her in the morning and disappeared from the scene.
