Enrollment of brick klin workers’ children begins

LAHORE - As many as 35 out of school children of brick kiln workers from Nankana Sahib district have been enrolled at Primary School Chokhiyanwala.
Punjab Labour Department has launched the enrollment campaign in collaboration with İnternational Labour Organization for checking child labour and providing free education to the children from poor segment of the society.
Addressing a ceremony on Tuesday, minister for Labour Raja Ashfaq Sarwar said that the government would provide free education, school bags and books to the enrolled students.
The minister said that all out of school children of brick kiln workers would be enrolled till October 31.
