Senate chief stands with Army against terrorists

LAHORE - Terrorists are the enemies of Islam and Pakistan and the entire nation should fight the war against terrorism shoulder-to-shoulder with the Pak Army, says former prime minister and senate chairman Mian Muhammad Soomro.
He expressed these views while addressing a seminar under the title of ‘Youth Convention for Kashmir’ at a local hotel on Thursday.
Soomro said: “Pakistan is passing through critical phase and we should play proactive role for the solidarity of this Islamic ideological state.”
“Joint anti-terror war efforts comprising Pak Army, the entire nation and all other organisations and segments of the society is the need of the hour to eliminate this menace once for all,”
He while appreciating the efforts of the participants of the youth convention for playing their part for the liberation of jugular vein of Pakistan (Held Kashmir) said that no Pakistani including him was ready to withdraw from the demand of the right of self determination to the Kashmiris of Occupied Valley.
He added that Kashmir issue should be resolved at the earliest in an effort to save South Asia from an atomic war. Soomro also gave shields and medals to special guests on this occasion.
