LAHORE - Taking prompt action on the postponement of a paper for Class-5, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has sought a report from Provincial Minister for Education and Secretary Schools Education.
The chief minister has also ordered inquiry into matter and fixing responsibility for this negligence.
He said that the institutions concerned should realise their responsibilities. “Such mismanagement will not be tolerated in future,” he added.
Revised date-sheets: The Punjab Examination Commission (PEC) has issued revised date-sheet for the examination of class 5th and class 8th here on Wednesday, following the cancelletion of the paper for 5th grade.
As per revised date-sheet issued on Wednesday, paper of class 5th English will be conducted at 11:00am to 1:30pm (25-02-15), Urdu 2:00pm to 4:30pm (26-02-15), Islamic Studies at 2:00pm to 4:30pm (03-03-15).
The revised date-sheet of class 8th: timing of all the papers have been changed and according to new timings all papers will be conducted at 2:00pm to 4:30pm and paper of Science subject will be held on January 28, 2015; Math on March 2; English on March 4; Islamiyat on March 6; and the paper of Urdu subject will be conducted on March 8.
