LAHORE - A Supreme Court’s review board directed the Ministry of Interior to release six foreigners who had completed their sentences under the charges of mistakenly crossing the country’s border.The board headed by Chief Justice Tassaduq Hussain Jilani on Saturday took up the cases of the prisoners who belong to India, Bangladesh and South Africa. The ministry’s officials produced 32 foreign prisoners who were arrested for mistakenly entering into Pakistan. The officials told the board that six out of the 32 prisoners had completed their sentences. The board recorded the statement and reviewed the prisoners’ records. After this, the board directed the ministry to release the prisoners and make arrangement of their repatriation.
