PTI threatens to obstruct Nato supplies

LAHORE Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf Imran Khan has threatened to obstruct the NATO supplies if the rulers failed to stop the drone strikes in the tribal areas. Addressing a mammoth rally at Qartaba Chowk on Friday, he said the PTI would stage a sit-in for three days on the route of NATO supplies in Peshawar. Earlier, he led a rally from Icchra to Qartaba Chowk to protest against desecration of the Holy Quran by US priests, release of Raymond Davis and drone attacks in tribal areas. The participants were carrying PTI flags and placards and banners inscribed with writings against Florida Church priests, the US and the rulers for releasing Raymond Davis. Highly charged participants also chanted slogans against the condemned priests, the US, the west and the rulers in Pakistan. Terming release of Raymond Davis a consequence of Zardari-Nawaz match fixing, Imran Khan said the nation wanted to know that how many Raymond Davis were killing innocent people across the country. He urged the nation to reject the corrupt leaders having assets abroad. He said the PTI would bring a real revolution in the country with the support of masses.
