Zardari, Nawaz befooling people: Imran

LAHORE - Pakistan Tehrik-i-Insaf chief Imran Khan on Thursday said that masses should refuse to pay taxes and come out against the corrupt rulers who do not pay taxes. President Asif Ali Zardari and PML-N chief Mian Nawaz Sharif are just befooling the people by criticising each other politically. Addressing a ceremony held under the aegis of Insaf Students Federation, he said that Opposition was not also playing its proactive role and the politics of vested interests was going on. Masses should not pinned hopes on the rulers who have given them the gift of dearness and unemployment. PTI want to free Pakistan from the corrupt rulers. Our rulers are the slaves of America and I dont accept Asif Ali Zardari as president of Pakistan who termed the drone attacks on innocent people as right, he added. Imran said that Pakistan is in dire need of good and honest administrators. He claimed that Nawaz Sharif was not paying taxes in accordance with his assets of three billion dollars rather paying only Rs 5,000. Senior leaders of PTI and Dr Aafia Saddiquis sister Fauzia Saddiqui were also present on the occasion.
